Customer Reviews

Very good but still needs tweaking

The print version downloads automatically and almost rivals having the Post in your hands. However it remains difficult to navigate from page to page. It would be great to be able to go from a front page lead to the rest of the story on a later page without tipping into the digital version. Why? Because it would duplicate the experience of noticing other "inside" stories you would miss by just flipping into digital. Overall, nice work Post programmers. I look forward to adding the last star to make you the general of all journalism apps.

A Joy to Use

Just like holding the paper copy. I have used this app for several years. Never an issue with downloading or navigating. I still get the paper copy delivered to my home, but read the paper on this app. I much enjoy seeing the exact layout of the paper on screen. I am able to check out the advertisements and public notices in addition to the news articles.

Useful but many glitches

Very thoughtfully designed and easy to use once it fully loads. But it's slow to load and won't preload the daily paper. You have to specifically request it--as if home delivery service required you to call up and request the paper every morning. Gives an error message almost every time it loads and then restarts loading. Even after loading, sometimes some pages aren't there--just horizontal stripes. And every so often just refuses to let you load today's paper.
