Crashes all the time and unstable network connection
This is really a pita. I have been continuously experiencing crash or freezing of the app and cannot continue my study. To solve the probelm I even needed to unintall, reboot, reinstall and log in to the app many times. Furthermore, I found that the app is having a hard time connecting to the internet once I switched between 4G and Wifi. When moving I need to disable my wifi, or the app will be very unstable.

Don't Bother - Waste of Time and Money
Like many, I was looking for a way to avoid shelling out the obligatory chunk of change to BARBRI. I saw themis and was lured in by their guarantees and passage rates. Most importantly to a cash strapped grad with student loan companies calling every hour on the hour: it looked like a bargain compared to BARBRI. I wish I had just bit the bullet and taken BARBRI in the first place or just about any other bar prep course for that matter because I indeed didn't pass.
I won't waste your time outlining the shortcomings of this course from the useless fill-in-the-blank outlines to the ineffective practice essays or the mindnumbingly slow delivery of their lectures. Though I completed well over the 75% minimum required to be "guaranteed to pass"---I didn't. When you call them three times to try to get your money back, they take three weeks to get back to you only to tell you that they don't think you completed their course to their satisfaction. So yeah, their guarantee is as useful as a snooze button on a smoke alarm.
Now I've had to pay TWICE to take the bar exam on top of paying for BARBRI like I should have done in the first place. You can save money on cars and lattes--NOT bar prep. Good luck on your exams, I sincerely mean it.
APP CRASHES - Most reviewers experience same issue so PLEASE FIX
IVE HAD TO DELETE AND RE-INSTALL COUNTLESS TIMES. APP CONSTANTLY HANGS WITH SPINNING WHEEL. I SUSPECT IT IS TRYING TO SYNC OR CONNECT WITH THE THEMIS SERVER. Please fix!
If you actually read the other reviews, a majority of them all have the same issue so it’s glaring and obvious problem with the way the app functions. It’s not a one-off error. Please fix ASAP so we can study for our exam 🙏 🙏 we need you!

Thank you for making the app!!! The app is nice to have but not quite right on a few areas that need attention.
First of all, I’m glad there is an app so thank you for developing it.
#1 - App doesn’t allow you to see your schedule. The webportal does, however, allow you to see your schedule/tasks.
#2 - App only plays video in active window. Would it be possible to allow background play or DL of only the audio? I would like to open the notes too and take notes while listening or watching.
#3 - Major issue: App crashes and does not load. Only way to fix is to delete (uninstall app) and then reinstall and re-download all videos/files/etc. AGAIN. Super annoying.

We see that you have updated your comment and that you're continuing to experience issues with the app. We recently delivered a bundle of fixes, some of which may address the issues you're having. For example, there was a bug with syncing which we have fixed. Updates are delivered automatically, please exit the app and restart it. No need to uninstall/reinstall.
At this time, we do not intend to add the scheduling component to the mobile app at this time. If you'd like to have that feature added, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include the list of features you'd like to see in the app. We are actively working on allowing video to play in the background—we hope to deliver it in the coming weeks.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
