Your Therachat subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. In therapy I was dwelling on the bad days. Thinking 90% of my days were bad. My therapist kept reminding me or pulling me to talk about the good days also. Keeping this journal has made me see that I actually have more good days than bad. Also I have PTSD and keeping track of my triggers and how I resolve them helps me actually resolve them more quickly because I recognize them right away instead of 12 hours later when I am already so few in the rabbit hole only pure exhaustion can get me out. It helps
Me realize my mood changes when adding medications. To see progress or regress.
I love the grateful section. Sometimes it’s hard to see what’s so special in your life at this moment until you write it down. The app is always where I am so if I’m busy it only takes a few moments to jot down my feelings. If a journaling moment hits me, the app is always right here with me so I don’t forget what I wanted to write later.

GLITCHES!! Too Many Notifications!


I love this app, it’s really helped me control my emotions and it’s easy to use. I have a few issues though. I get way too many notifications and too many at once! This app will send me like 3 notifications at once 10 times a day—don’t get me wrong I want to be reminded but the amount of times I get them gives me more anxiety than my actual anxiety. Also I got desensitized to the amount of notifications and I keep telling myself I’ll do it the next time it reminds me (I don’t). Also at the end of the “catch it check it change it” there’s a type bubble that appears even though I get no more responses–also the type bubble covers the previous text.



I initially thought I might use this for just my messaging clients. But it is so much more! In fact, if you don’t want to use the messaging feature you can just set up daily activities to track mood, work on strategies with client for reframing thoughts, etc.(CBT based). Really fantastic addition to my toolbox for working with clients. Stop going in circles and asking “so how was your week?” Look at the assigned activities and journaling from the client to meet and address real goals! Buy it!
