AWARENESS – When athletes are “in the zone,” they experience a state of heightened Awareness. Increased target Awareness improves performance, regardless of golfing ability. Practice your skills of focus, observation, and recall in a golf course setting.
ATTENTION involves where and how we choose to focus our thoughts. It is the final influence before and during the swing motion. Practice your Attention by locating matching golf balls despite numerous distractions.
SYNCHRONICITY – The mind, body, club, ball, and target need to be in optimal coordination. The Synchronicity game teaches consistency of timing and routine, eliminating uncertainty and producing peak performance. Practice maintaining a steady rhythm while visual and auditory clues are gradually withdrawn.
INTENTION – The mind must give clear instructions to the body, and these must be followed through. The body will work to produce the desired outcome when both the conscious and subconscious agree on the intent. Practice choosing a risk level and sticking with your plan, despite temptations to deviate.
DAILY TRAINING – Proper THINQ training involves 60 minutes per week. Divide this up however you like, but earn bonuses for practicing every day!

Exercise for the brain
Already a focused person, I was looking for something to get me in the habit of greater concentration on the course -- I often have "louder" people around me. After going through a couple of rounds with each exercise, I can feel the mental "fatigue". My biggest challenge is synchronicity and this is helping keep a steady rhythm. Given all I have invested for equipment and physical training, this is a worthwhile investment for the mental side. I've only had the app for a bit over a week -- stay tuned for feedback on practical results.
Great go-to tool for the mental game!
I've been using this app for about four weeks now. I don't think it has an immediate impact on your game but after a while you can use the mental imagery to enhance your shot routine. My swing can be pretty inconsistent and this gives me something to think about besides the potential outcomes of the shot. I am definitely getting more greens and making more parts because of it. Now if I can just square the club face every time...
Best App of it's kind
This is without question the best way to train you brain, and work on the mental side of golf. It's an invaluable tool.
