New Update 3.2 Does Not Work Anymore App is Useless—Update

I use to love Proview. After updating today to 3.2 the app is useless. Tech support cannot fix. Software issue. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY until the software issue is fixed. Even on my PC the update caused Proview to be slower and all my notes were missing on some ebooks. Asking for a partial refund since I can no longer use the app

I got six (6) of eight ebooks to download with the app not crashing. This is definitely beyond a doubt a software issue in the app because if I download the other two (2) ebooks the app crashes.

Crash Happy

You can open and search, but once you click a search result the app crashes. Online version is not much better. You can get to the ebook, but you cannot type anything into the search field.

Waste of time and money.

Not User Friendly

This is not a very user friendly app. I use, or try to use, the app on an iPad Air 2.

The main problems I see are no full screen option available to view a selection. The side panels take up almost half the usable screen. This is the biggest problem on the iPad.

The selection that is visible is a swipe screen from left to right instead or an easier and faster scrolling up and down. With swiping if you finger goes too far to the right side margin, you will open split view. Zooming in on a page then gives you a lot more pages to swipe through.

Also, swiping removes the ability to jump to the top or bottom of a document that is a standard feature on iOS apps.

Search is not intuitive and the results are not always what you want or are looking for.

There is no way to delete or hide older publications from the table of contents again resulting in a complete waste of space.

It doesn't seem as if the designers of this app actually try to use the app in a real world setting. If they tried they would see how poorly designed it is.

If this app is not improved by the time my next renewal is due, it will be cancellation time.
