With Three Good Things, you can rewire your brain to focus on the positive by writing down good things that happen to you everyday. This app functions really well!
It’s good for when your stressed...When you feel like nothing in your day is good, try this app! It helps you focus on more positive things that happened throughout the day then the negative! And even for the gamers, they added levels and XP! (Experience Points) Overall, I find this a really good app and really suggest checking it out. It’s not like Angry Birds, Rules of Survival, even Geometry Dash, but it’s still very useful and worth looking into!
LOVE this app!
I had my daughter get this app as she is becoming a teenager! I wanted her to have this app to help her stay positive as she grows into a beautiful young women! This app is great and she has created goals to try and get to a streak of 50. I told her once she reached this we can go have a spa day just us two! I am very pleased with this app and have seen a very positive change in attitude since I had my daughter get this app!

Are busy world it’s easy to loose track of all of the good things that happen in our lives.
It’s easier to focus on the stress. This is helping acknowledge the good. I could write at least 5 things every day, even more. 3 is a good start. Just don’t stop thinking about these things when your done.
