Unable to edit Barcode or Account info

I signed up online and my receipt gave me a barcode and an account number so I could set up the app. When I went into the gym they gave me a different barcode and now I cannot edit the app. I tried registering a new account but that fails because the account number is tied to my other email. Also the heart rate monitor does not work either. Still needs a lot of work to be a considered alternative to my Garmin app.

We apologize for your experience trying out our new Thrive App. The company that produced our app made a major mistake and launched our app before the database was connected to our membership software. This caused the issue you experienced. We would love the opportunity to fix this problem for you. When you can, please stop by your local Thrive and ask to speak to a manager or the local franchise owner. They should be able to help you get your app connected to your account properly now as the database is now connected to our membership software. Not ready for primetime

App needs work, locks up on refer a friend, not recognizing heart rate devices or gives a list of work out devices to sync like old app, start work out not working, no gym number on barcode to use for hydro chair input...

We apologize for the problems you are having with our new Thrive App. Please contact us if you would at info@thrivecf.com - I would love to connect directly with you and see if we can resolve your issues. We definitely had significant issues when the app first launched regarding databases not connected but your issue seems to be separate from those. We'll be looking for an email from you so we can try and figure out what the locking up issues are and the start workout not working. The number on the barcode is coming on our 2nd release schedule for next quarter. We agree we need to display the actual barcode number for reference as well as the barcode for scanning. What?

I thought what a great idea I’ll use the app downloaded the app it asked me for my agreement number my pin number and requested those got them in an email enter the information is that I don’t exist come on guys get together before you put something out
