Very nice, could be a lot better with so little effort...

Beautiful, perfectly elegant presentation. Those reviewers complaining about the alarm sound level being too low just need to turn up their volume, but a separate, in-app volume control would be much better. The biggest problem is that the alarm makes no sound if the screen is locked, which alarm clock apps get around so this developer should be able to fix this. Indeed, I'd definitely give five stars if these two issues were addressed. It would also be a nice feature is one could set a timer for less than one minute.

Don't mess with success

I love this app, and appreciate its simplicity. It's a lifesaver at family events: the visuals are instantly understandable, and I can let go of the stress of remembering what needs to come off the heat, or get turned or basted, when. I use it instead of the iClock on my phone, despite the convenience of Siri, because the dot moving around the circle is (again) easier to grasp in a split second than numbers ticking down.

The multiple timers all on the same screen are useful in many other settings: timing henna applications for 2 people, tracking time to another coat of paint AND minutes til the second half begins.

A great app. And, somehow, I seem to have missed the dancing Herbie??!!

Abandoned?

Wow, three years since the last update? I’m surprised this actually works on my iPhone XS (though it’s not been optimized for the screen). I’ve been on the hunt for a multi-timer for my Apple Watch and this looked promising. Tried it out for the first time tonight and it let me down.

First, when attempting to set the time from my watch, certain numbers don’t show up. Instead I see “...” like the display field is too small or something. You can still reach the desired time but you have to count in your head how many “...” have passed.

Second and the nail in the coffin: when the time is up there’s NO AUDIBLE OR TACTILE ALARM! Not on my phone and not on my watch (where I need it most). All I get is a banner notification on my phone. Result? I overcooked a dish.

I like the interface but I’m the family cook so I can’t afford to not put edible food on the table. I’ll keep the app for now just to see if the dev can get it updated for 2019.
