Face ID does not work on iPhone XS Max
Mobile app is extremely important for online banking. Face ID does not work on iPhone XS Max. You cannot see your monthly statement or ake external transfer using the mobile app; you would have to log onto a computer.
We never had a problem when it was Everbank. However since TIAA has taken over, the app is terrible. You can’t sign in at least once a week. It doesn’t update if you have transferred money between accounts. It’s horrible and it’s the number one reason I am likely to switch banks altogether. If I can’t access information about my account readily, I will take my money elsewhere.
Be warned: Do not bank with TIAA. Constant IT issues. Unable to access my account for over 24 Hours multiple times in the past few months. I’m leaving this bank.
