Hit the plus or the minus on the screen, or swipe on the screen to move it from Nightmare to Best, I Love You and back. Press the share button or drag and drop the scale on the iPad to send your rating to your friends. When you are done rating stuff, check out the credits!
The Ticci Scale is the invention of Federico Viticci, as heard on the Connected podcast, episode 193. Art is by Kate Matthews.
Updated for new iPad screen sizes and rounded displays. Shortcuts functionality (and other goodies) is still coming in the following months, I'm just a little busy nowadays with our move to the UK :)
I rate everyone who downloads and uses my app "Best, I Love You"!
Ratings and Reviews
Stars are so antiquated.
The apple store rating system really falls down when compared with the rating abilities and nuance available in the world-renowned Ticci scale. We should all embrace the TS. There’s really no other scale worth using. Who needs temperature, for instance? Here in Texas, during these summer months, it’s almost always Nightmare. Who doesn’t understand that?
The only issue I have with the scale is the bat. Sure, bats appear frightening, but they eat mosquitoes, so who can doubt their benefit to the world? Spiders, on the other hand, what good are they to anyone? I agree with the Godfather of the TS that the Nightmare end of the scale would be better represented by spiders, a scourge to any good thing in the world.
This app, of course, is a Best, I love you!
This will be so much fun to share with people when they ask how something is or went. Thanks.
Federico, you're the man for creating this concept. Hats off. I mean best I love you.
When Will the App Store Get the Ticci Scale
That’s the important question. This app is a slam dunk, though. Why haven’t you downloaded it yet?
