This new and improved mobile app is an add-on for existing Tigerpaw Software users. It streamlines many of the data entry tasks that bog down technicians and sales reps in the field. A new streamlined user-interface gives instant access to critical information, and automates the updating of tickets, account and contact info, opportunities and more.

Field service techs can manage their tasks and calendars and work tickets simply and quickly with any mobile device – even in areas where connectivity is intermittent. Sales personnel can access and, update account & contact data, and manage opportunities while on-the-go.

This is one of the worst performing apps I have ever used on an iPhone. My company uses tigerpaw for a multitude of purposes and overall it is a great system.

However, the app is terrible! It is unbearably sluggish to navigate and I find myself waiting for minutes at a time just for the app to load or to open a service order request. There are some service orders I can't even open without using a web browser as it just freezes the app.

I have been using this app for over a year and I don't believe there has been an update for it. You guys desperately need to work some major bugs out of this otherwise useful app. With iOS 10.1 it is now not working at all for me. Regular updates guys, c'mon...

Useful mobile CRM access


This release brings quite a few significant improvements. Better navigation, better time log entry, better's better! I've been using the app for a couple weeks now and it's performed pretty well.

I'd like to see some of the the UI elements cleaned up such as text fitting in the time log list. But no complaints about stability or improved layout.

Excellent Update that Expands Usability


This version of Tigerpaw Mobile really increases the usability of the mobile product. Integrating more CRM data expands the functionality well beyond field technicians. Anyone who works outside the office now has access to all of their critical data to more efficiently do their job while on the go.
