Time4Care™ is an “on the go” time entry and approval app for home and community-based services programs.
As a service provider, Time4Care makes it easy to enter your hours quickly and accurately as soon as you work them – no longer do you need to remember what hours you worked from two weeks back. The easy to view screens and clear language make it easy to log and track your time on the app as you go each day. Using Time4Care, you can submit your hours, services, activities, and notes “on the go.”
As an Employer, Time4Care allows you to easily view and approve or reject your Employees’ submitted hours. The app makes it easy to access and complete this important step so that your workers are paid accurately and on time!

This Program is an absolute mess just like this app. Customer service has no clue, the app has no clue, consultants have no clue. And the people who suffer from all the cluelessness are the patients and caregivers. I’m not sure who thought is was a grand idea to make people their own payroll accountants but it’s not working out well especially for the elderly who are not computer savvy. This App continues to have errors for time submission and approving. If you have multiple patients it’s very confusing to use also. The app typically has errors on every submission or doesn’t let me approve time submitted. The PPP Website is the best way to go. You can see your budgets on website or hourly pay rates so you still need the webpage to make sure you’re submitting the appropriate time that fits into what’s left of your budget after fees are taken out by PPP. I’m computer savvy and wish this worked better because it would save me time but I’ve had it since the inception and it’s never worked right on my iPhone 6S+ or 7 or 8.
The app was great for me and didn’t really have an problems or issues until the update a few days/week ago. Since I have done the update NONE of my log entries or time will save period. So I have lost ALL data and entries AFTER IT SAID IT SAVED. Not sure if it’s a company issue or there are still some quirks being worked out in the app since the update.
The app has not been working for me for the last two months. I have called and let them know and they said they would take note and get it fixed but it still does not work.
