Finally, something than Toggl
I've been using Toggl for personal time tracking for years, and until now have never found anything better... which is a shame, given how Toggl has allowed it's product to stagnate.
timeEdition is exactly the app I've been waiting for. It's clean, fast, efficient, and attractive... it can sync to your calendar, it can automatically round your hours based on a threshold you specify (a killer feature for me, since I need to round any time above 5 mins to the nearest 15 m), it syncs through Dropbox so there's no other monthly subscription, and it can readily export to CSV for use elsewhere (like invoices or timesheets). The iOS version also includes custom Siri command support, which is another game-changing feature. My only major complaint is that the iOS version has no Apple Watch support.
In any case, timeEdition is worth your time and money. If you're considering Toggl, give this a chance first. It has all the functionality and user experience that Toggl SHOULD be providing, but without the monthly commitment.
Clean, simple and portable
It’s super simple to track time with this app. Well thought out, it stays out of your way and lets you get started quickly. Color coding means you don’t record time for the wrong client. A notepad window makes it easy to keep a running diary of work while recording.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
