Excellent App!


I've been using this app for 4 years. This is great for those that need to keep detailed labor data across many projects. I've made it a part of my work routine so that i'm logging on and off projects throughout the day in real-time. Each time entry has a field for notes which is perfect for service techs to document what occurred. There are many ways to filter data, configure the display, arrange reporting formats and it even exports CSV files so they can be imported into spreadsheets. A true hand-held database. Very flexible. If you put some time into exploring the possibilities and customizing it for your need you'll see great benefits. It is my most used and most valuable app.

The data entry is convenient and intuitive. However, exporting reports is a bit clunky. Furthermore, backups can be unreliable (lost four months of data when my iPhone was stolen because I had one silly setting wrong) and syncing between devices is hit or miss. I can deal with the latter by limiting my data entry to just one device.

The app is good - but make exporting easier, backup more reliable and syncing less quirky and you would have a killer app

Great for consulting and contract work


If you split your day between several clients or customers, each with multiple projects, this is the perfect app to track your time and prepare timesheets and invoices. I use it every day.

It understands the client/project/task hierarchy and different bill rates.

I'm particularly happy that the app is not continually "improved" to the point of becoming useless bloatware. Clean, simple interface that does what is needed.
