Customer Reviews

UPDATE: Tiny thief learns how to be a thief in real life.

This review was originally one of the top (5-star) reviews of this game. Lots of people, I'm sure, bought this game because of this review. I'd now like to take it back. All of it. Now, the game is still fun, and it still has a stupid ending scene, but, instead of a warm and fuzzy feeling of fun, there's the feeling you get when you're robbed.

Those of us who purchased the game when it first came out were promised updates and new levels in exchange for our $3. We got no new levels for a year. When they did release new levels, it came with a price tag: $2 for a single level. That would mean that the early purchasers of the game were lied to. Now, in order to get the new levels we were promised, we need to bend over.

Vaseline would be a better use of my money than $2 for a new level.

SPOILER ALERT!!!! Do not read if you don't want to know about the ending of the game!!!

Anyways, with that said; the last level has a little mini-game with a mining cart and a cart track where you need to jump over rocks/holes in the track. But, it goes on TOO LONG, and is TOO HARD to get past. Considering the rest of the game has nothing even similar to this mini-game, it's a strange feeling to suddenly need quick reflexes to finish a level vs. just having a quick wit.

It just seems very out of place…

Also, given that the game uses Game Center and is a universal app, there is NO REASON not to sync game progress between devices!

$1.99 for 5 levels

This latest update includes "tiny fixes" -- but not the fix that your fans are asking for, which is a reasonable price for just 5 new levels. Maybe if the $1.99 charge guaranteed us the next couple of level packs then it might be worth considering.

Also, clever of you guys to release a point update so quickly after the app's reviews tanked with the recent major update. Maybe there were some bugs to squash, or maybe the abysmal ratings for the latest version were hurting sales? Better release a quick point update to get a fresh start on those star ratings!

For those of you commenting on how $1.99 is pocket change -- it's not the amount of money that is the issue, it's the rationale, or lack thereof, behind the decision. Pay $0.99 or $1.99 for a great game with 25 levels, then pay another $1.99 for an update with ... 5 levels? No thanks.

Hands down best ios adventure/point and click game

I rarely ever leave reviews but this game is a fresh drink of water compared to the other point and click crap that's come out the past couple of years.
It doesn't try too hard to rip off classic titles of the genre, but rather paves it's own niche. It really shines in its control scheme, although with a smaller screen it can at times get in the way of visibility, it is the only point and click game that I feel was designed for a touch screen rather than a mouse.
Keep making updates and more levels guys! I can't get enough!
