Used to be more fun

I've been playing for years. Over 10 billion $$ and am at level 99. The fun now is buying and replacing less valuable animals. Like other people say, I'm not paying 499 zoo bucks for an animal. That's $7.23 in real cash each. $36 for a bonded family, really. You really need to have more animal and bonding sales if you want most of us to buy zoo bucks. Also, as to your excuse for not expanding the zoo, it is pretty lame. If expansions cause problems, solve them. My wife plays Megapolis HD. It is much more complicated then Tiny Zoo. Perhaps you should get their programmers. This would really tick off my wife though

Still Love This Game!!

Not too sure why there seem to be so many haters about this app on the internet, it's an older game with limitations on the size of zoo that you can build. Obviously they've stopped putting energy into the game, but you don't see a lot of energy going in to the Beta version of Google Maps from 2001 either. Bigger and better apps on the horizon.

I haven't spent a single penny of real money on this game, and I have completed almost all the challenges and levels. It started out as a fun app to play with my (then) twin 4 year olds to make an interactive platform to learn about animals and to open dialogue to research more about them...they're 10 now and hopelessly enthralled with animals (may be a coincidence)!! Obviously I have become addicted somewhere along the line...6 years later.

Set your expectations and limitations and you'll have fun!!

I have also been playing this game for well over 3 years now. Why are you complaining about an animal costing 499 zoo bucks? At your level you should be collecting a ton per day, I collect 300 zoobucks at least every day.

But this game is awesome, I have not quit yet and I don't play any other phone games if that tells you something!!

I do wish there were more expansions, and more expensive animals, $ wise.
