This app is only available on the App Store for iOS devices.
Titanic Dog to the Rescue is an exciting hero tale about Rigel, an amazing Newfoundland dog who was on the ship Titanic. When the ship hits the iceberg and sinks, Rigel, a water rescue dog, goes into action as he searches for his master, Titanic's First Officer William Murdoch.
This is an appealing picture book with informational text added. Read the story to yourself or listen to the recorded voice. The story about this legendary dog is written for kids, ages 5-9, but it's sure to appeal to all ages of readers who love dog stories and Titanic tales.
In the informational text, you'll learn such interesting facts as:
Why a Newfoundland dog is called the 'Polar bear of the dog world.'
How a Newfoundland dog became a war hero when he saved a group of soldiers during World War II.
Which President named his Newfie dog, 'Faithful.'

Very Sweet Children's Storybook
I'm not sure what the other reviewers were looking for who gave bad reviews. This app is what it is...a mini, nicely illustrated Children's story about a Newfoundland dog who, as legend has it, rescued passengers aboard the sinking Titanic. There are interesting Newfie facts provided at the end and it costs .99 cents total. If you are a Newfie dog lover, you will find this story sweet and interesting. It is not a game, just a simple story with cute drawings. I liked it :-)
My daughter loves the story of Rigel, the dog in the Titanic
My daughter loves the story of Rigel, the dog in the Titanic. It was worth downloading, because she likes reading it daily. Actually, she likes using the "read it to me" feature which helps her follow the reading. It's a plus! Illustations are beautiful and colorful. I think this book is a good introduction to the story of the Titanic's sinking without the sad facts, without tragedy.
Cute idea, but am I understanding that you must pay for each level offered to complete it? That makes this a $5.00 app.
Please include that info in the description. Also, I would have the complete story, both read to yourself and read to me version, for free as a lite version. Then, add all the other games, info, etc for a nominal fee. I would pay $.99 for the total remainder.
I believe that more people would want it then.
The markets are saturated with Titanic material that is low cost and there are hundreds of children's apps that are free or less than $2.00.
Unfortunately, I have no need for a partial story on my iPhone, even if it is free.
