To access mobile banking you must be a Members 1st Home Banking customer. To sign up for home banking and receive access to mobile banking using your mobile device, members can enroll by contacting Member Services at 865-482-4343 or 1-800-206-6944.

FaceID doesn’t work
I’ve tried to turn on Face ID a bunch of times but it never works. Every time I open the app it asks if I want to set it up.
Everything else works fine but I really wish the remote deposit listed everything you have to write on the check to endorse it, because I never remember since I don’t have to do it often.
TouchID support STILL doesn’t work
I was excited to finally have TouchID support, but it doesn’t work nor does it remain activated even after I just enabled it. Hope this is fixed soon.
