What's New in Version 2.0.7
We've streamlined the paper viewing so it's much slicker and more stable. We've also added backward compatibility so it downloads again on your iOS7 devices. If you enjoy it as much as we hope you will, please take a minute to leave us a review. Thanks!
It is great being able to look at the headlines and brief info on front pages of your choice from around the world. I look at a handful of my favorites to keep up on events in my own state and others. I can read an occasional article in it's entirety if desired. It took awhile to figure out how to do this with the recent upgrade, and is a tiny bit cumbersome, and that is why I gave it a 4 instead of a 5. Thanks for this informative and useful free app!
The dev team has finally hit a perfect balance
The new lower-res snapshots of front pages are great for performance and the addition of a .pdf button for downloading legible versions is a great solution to a difficult problem.
I've been critical of earlier versions but really want to commend the team for their progress.
Redesign is awful
This latest update is slightly better than the other recent update, but the basic design -- and its problems -- still stinks. You can zoom in on a story and the text is not as blurry, but before the story snippet can be read the page zooms back out.
Please put it back like it was before the two recent updates. It perfect before the recent updates.
