Needs more choices
I have items that I plan to leave to institutions but you only give me people to choose. Also, under my pets I can’t designate the person for one dog that’s different from the other. Both people appear under both dogs and that’s not right. If I remove one, they’re totally removed and when I add them back under family, they’re automatically added to my pets’ pages. This is incorrect. We need to be able to list institutions as beneficiaries as well as individuals for pets and other things like possessions. The app has potential but as it is now, it’s confusing and causes me to leave incorrect instructions.
Thanks for the feedback! We love hearing back from people that use Tomorrow, it helps us serve you better.
I hope you don't mind if I offer a suggestion to help with some of the confusion you are experiencing. Try downloading the latest version of the app (when I write this, it is version 1.4). We are constantly improving our app and some of the issues you are experiencing have already been addressed!
So far the app was doing pretty good. Love how it brakes things down for me(if I didn’t know what it was), let’s me add photos/information (they way I want it to be) LOVE that it allows me to add my partner, BUT I really dislike that I can not continue to preview the will if I don’t allow it to contact the people I’ve listen. I don’t want them knowing until it is the proper time to know. This makes me uncomfortable that it wants to force me to do something I don’t not want todo. Please correct this because I shouldn’t have to let anyone know about the will
Thanks so much for your comments. We're so glad you liked our features and ease of use.
Your feedback has led us to rolling out new features in the next couple weeks that will allow you to have more control about when messages are sent to your loved ones and what those messages say.
The reason we have messaging in the app is so that when you add someone as an executor or guardian that person has the tools and resources to learn about the responsibilities of that role before they accept that responsibility (we include this information in our messages). The person that is invited will not be able to see a copy of your will, your account, or any other personal information. We also never contact anyone without your express permission.
Hope this helps, and let us know if you have further questions or comments: firstname.lastname@example.org
Now I can’t make the same mistake my Dad made
My father is in hospice, and I’m his only heir. For the past four months I’ve been doing all the legwork that he should’ve done to prepare for the inevitable. This app would’ve made this process so much more convenient. I’m glad I found it though; now I can start preparing everything for my son today.
Feedback: I accidentally added a stepmother that I can’t seem to delete. Help?
Thanks for the review and sharing your experience. Sorry to hear about your father, hopefully we can make the experience better for your son.
In the family section, if you long press the icon of a member, an option to remove will appear. If this doesn't seem to work, please contact us at email@example.com
