Smart weightlifters keep track of each and every workout. You have to know that last time you did bench presses you did 205 pounds for 8 reps. That way you can make sure you go up and hit at least 205 pounds for at least 9 reps.
You can't keep doing the same weight and reps or you will not keep growing! A training log can also tell you if certain days or times are not working for you. It is also fun to look back on your old logs and see what you used to do way back when!

What's New in Version 1.9

2. Removed "Adding Exercise" to the workout from the "Exercise" list.
Your customer feedback is greatly appreciated!
No way to plan ahead
This app does NOT have 200+ workouts as it claims. In fact, it contains no way to store routines or plan ahead for your workouts. When I tried to record a plan for my workouts, it recorded it as my first workout. Forget trying to plan a split routine - impossible. So disappointing. My old paper and pencil was way easier to manage and I didn't feel like a geek carrying it around.
