Great app; problematic last update. No offline access.
In latest iOS update, two problems: the bottom info screen will no longer swipe up to show the longer explanations at all. I am now also forced to create an account and log in in order to use the app, which was not the case before.
In addition, the fact that must have internet connection in order to use the app severely limits its utility, especially in the hospital.
If could fix the explanations bug, enable offline access, and perhaps remove the new account-creation need, is a great start and will get better as more procedures added. Some more features which would be great: ability to hide the answers in quiz mode before you are shown the multiple choice, to make it more realistic memorization test. Also the ability to skip to specific points in the operation instead of having to swipe through the whole thing again to get to a specific step.

We’re sorry you’re having problems and thanks for letting us know—please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help you with them. Thank you for taking the time to provide all the useful feedback!
If you are having the issue of the app not allowing you to make an account, just enter in the email and password you would like, click the "make account" button, and then back out to where it says "already have an account? Login" click "login" and type the same email and password. Once inside the app it will ask you which hospital is yours, I just used the one nearest to me.
Started using this a few days ago. Very helpful as a medical student. There are a few problems.
Major problem: After every session, I re-open the app and all surgeries are missing (each specialty says 0 procedures available). This is fixed by reinstalling, but very annoying.
Minor problem: Progress through any module isn't saved. If you don't finish the module and leave the app for a while, it'll make you restart from the beginning.
Despite these problems the app is still useful, and I'd recommend learners give it a try. Hopefully devs can fix these issues soon.
