Touches - Touch Event Recorder
Open iTunes to buy and download apps.
Touches allows developers to view and record touch events for iPhone and iPad applications. Developers can experiment with complex gestures, recording the data, and then use the data to write code to interpret the gestures in their own applications.
Touches works by displaying a grid of 40x40 squares. The user can make gestures using any number of fingers on the display. Touches draws a circle for each event received. The co-ordinates of the most recent event are displayed, and the user can use the slider to move back in time to view the co-ordinates of previous gestures.
The user can tap the Export button to copy all of the data to the iPhone/iPad clipboard. The data can then be pasted into a note, an email or any other text application.
Tapping the Clear button will erase the recording and let the user start again.
What's New in Version 1.2
* Increased size of touch event buffer to 100.
* Display the finger ID number in the center of the circle.
* Cleaned up UI.
I recorded a gesture, but I'm not sure what to do now. How do I use it in an app? It just said it was recorded to my clipboard.
