What's New in Version 1.3

• Remembers setting for elastic resistance bands.

Next update needs to have the videos able to downloaded to the phone or included in the app so no wifi connection is necessary to start the workouts. The same goes for the nutritional stuff as well. The other thing would be to have a meal planner of some sort on the app to help aid the nutritional side of the house. I like the info but I would like to see more as to the stuff being made or something on that order not talked about. It gives me the impression that he is just reading from a TelePrompTer. I tried posted a review before bit it said my nickname was taken and wiped out the last stuff I had typed. But as a military member this would help out in the nutrition side to help in weight loss and keep my career. I plan on using this for the new year so I start out fresh but I'm sure I'll post another review later to let you all know how this program helps. If the creator reads this please come out with a new update with the stuff I have mentioned and the others that have left a review and this would be a good asset to the military for weight loss and keeping us all in shape.
The best of many, many I’ve tried
I’m rating this app primarily on (a) how I feel after the workout, and (b) how quickly I’m improving in my fitness goals.
On the first one, I feel great. Very well worked but not over-worked, and including muscles that don’t get worked with the other apps. This app has become an important part of my day, one I actually *look forward to*. Can you believe that?
And as for (b) the answer would be, very quickly. At 50 I am as fit as I’ve been since maybe my 20’s.
I had 4 pages worth of exercise apps on my iPhone, many were excellent. Gradually I’ve pruned it down to just this one, because, workout-per-workout, this one’s better.
Great workout, some minor nits
Really enjoy the app. Workouts are great. Some things I think could improve the experience:
-Instead of touching in if you could add the number of reps it would help see progress
- ability to log 1/2 your workout. If something comes up where you can't complete you 40 or 60 minute workout the program treats it as if you did nothing.
- on a workout two weeks ago some of the videos wouldn't load
- ability to customize a little more. It wants me to do a leg workout next but I just did three days of downhill skiing so I'd rather do some upper body.
Overall you can work around all of these and I thoroughly enjoy the app.
