Why isn't this app in the top spot?!?!


I'm shocked this app isn't in the top spot of all the other apps if it's kind. I've tried all the others for at least a month each. This one beats them all, hands down! It logs way more data then the other apps make you pay extra to log or track. This one lets you log all the data from food and sync it with Apple health all for free. Even water tracking and things in my food I never heard of that I didn't know the health app can track. It has in depth detail of what those unknown ingredients are in your food that even MyFitnessPal doesn't provide with out paying a subscription for that kind of important info. Best of all it's free. No ads. No catch. No gimmick. I'd recommend this to you reading and anyone else! Get it! Download it! Use it!



Incredibly inefficient app. It just took me 15 minutes to log my breakfast of 7 items. If I want to log "skim milk," searching for "skim milk" or "nonfat milk" will yield no results. I have to search "milk" and then scroll through hundreds of options to find something that matches what I'm looking for. Even after you find your item, you still have to go through two screens until it's in your diary. There is also no way to pull up a list of frequently used foods. Even if I have the same kind of orange juice everyday, I still have to search for it using the same tedious process. I got this app because I wanted to track specific nutrients such as folate and magnesium. This is one of the only apps out there that offers such a comprehensive view of your intake. It's a shame it's not user friendly.

Hands down, the best fitness app. Tracks vitamins!!!


Anyone with headaches or digestive issues or any condition that could possibly be triggered by certain vitamin or mineral deficiencies, or food triggers NEEDS to try this. And anyone who takes vitamins and supplements to see what they are getting in their diet. And then everyone else.

I've been using FitBit or Jawbone in combination with LoseIt Premium for years. Deleted LoseIt right away. This app reads your fitness trackers or iPhone so it knows your steps and activity. You can also enter your activity right to it. You can set unlimited goals involving activity, steps, weight, vitamins, carbs, protein, etc.

You can take pictures of new foods to help them expand their database or add your new foods for just you. You can scan barcodes to easily add packaged products or search common items (e.g., banana).

It's perfect. I've been looking for this for years. Do yourself a favor and see where you are at nutrition-wise, even if it is just now and again.
