My sister who follows Tanya gave me money for Christmas to specifically download her app. This is the gift that keeps on giving- so useful for getting creative with my workouts! I am somewhat new at working out, so I am normally intimidated at the gym trying to put something together. Funny to think I was using her app before I started following her on Instagram!
