- With Train.Me, you can track your measurements, weight loss and gains, save before and after pics to showcase your transformation and even calculate your body fat percentage. Input some simple measurements and Train.Me’s unique calculator will help calculate your body fat percentage and store that info in your account. Take before photos, upload and store them.
- Completed a workout you loved? Save it as a favorite and you will be able to do it again, any time. Time yourself and always look to improve on it!
- Nutritional support provided weekly through tips and diet tricks through the Train.Me App community. I've used the app to workout at home 3-4 times a week for 20 days. I've lost a total of 4lbs and 4 inches! I absolutely love the 30 minute workout as it fits into my schedule easily. The pictures/videos are easy to understand and use! Highly recommend this app!
