I am sore today!!!

Used it once. Great so far! The only thing is you have to come up with the reps and sets yourself. Other than that, great app!

Good workouts!

Lots of workouts and I'll give it 5 stars when they add sets and reps to each workout. For now I'll just figure it out til I get exhausted.
