Transit app provides public transportation navigation for your iPhone/iPad. Transit is very easy to use. It can be opened directly from iOS 6 Map app when you select to get directions for transit routing. No worry on when and where to take a bus, train to your destination. This app provides all the information you need for the route, such as arrival time for a specific bus, and names of each bus stop on the route, and even the number of stops for a specific bus ride.
Plan a trip for another day and wonder what time to head to bus stop if you want to reach your destination at a specific time? No problem! In transit app, it allows to set the departure time or arrival time for your trip. You can even copy the route information or email it out to your friend or family. The reminder function in the app will remind you to take off for your trip.

Arrived right on time!
Love the app. The option of choosing when to leave or when to arrive makes it easy to estimate travel time. The tracking on the map let me know exactly where to get off the bus so I didn't miss my stop and also and which direction to walk when I got off. It may need to be updated with current bus routes however because I got off where it told me to and walked about .25 miles and there's a stop for the same bus I got off of directly in front of the building I was coming to.

Accurate info any time I need it. I found myself downtown after getting dropped off to volunteer for an event with no idea where to catch the bus home afterwards . This little buddy walked me right where I needed to go. My recent searches give me quick access to info for places I've been to before. It will even remind you when you need to leave to reach your stop on time. Absolutely love it!!
Great App
Just plug in your destination, departure or arrival time and let it do its work. Its not just the bus system in your city but in all the cities that have any public transportation.
Plugged in two random destinations, Columbus to Cleveland. The app listed all the buses available to make that trip. You can also choose the cheapest route, fastest route and the least amount of transfers.
Gets an A+ from me
