Not that great
Not a lot of content here. The one thing I looked forward to was the race predictor, but you have to be able to run a 10 minute mile or faster. Just because I am slow doesn't mean I don't have race goals.
Not what I was expecting
I wanted a training guide and got a blog. If your looking for motivational phrases then it's all good but this does nothing for actual training. I say eh disappointing
