Sea life/ rain forest/ lego!
I recently saw pictures and check ins from friends on Facebook and thought wow that would be fun! He led tickets online and was pricy the first time I checked, then I looked again just a few days later and half the price they were the first time I checked! I took my mother, a friend, my toddler and my toddler nephew and my teenage daughter. Everyone of us was in aw complete amazement! I'd of paid the double price! But glad we didn't have to 😉 all staff was also amazing, kind, informational, and entertaining. Can't wait to go back! Literally didn't have any time for the mall! Spent hours in the beautiful aquarium, wonderful food in the rain forest cafe and great prices surprisingly in the gift shops. Love how they take snap shots of you on your way in as well! Would recommend and have this place to everyone and would appreciate emails for coupons to come again! 😉😂 from one happy momma cuz my whole family is happy! We live in freeland and it was an easy drive. Rate this place the highest ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️'s
If you don't want to spend $$$ for resort
We were staying in Phx area for 3 days to visit with friends while heading north. We did not need/want to spend the $$$ for an RV Resort. Apache Palms worked great for us. It IS a small park and not a lot of maneuver room. We have a 40' towing an extended dolly trailer with a platform for our 2 Harley's so we requested a pull-thru. We fit just fine with room to open our 4 slides and park our Tahoe. I don't think we would have had room to drive thru w the Tahoe in tow, but there is a small space for 2 rigs to park while checking in which would have worked as long as no one else pulled in. It is a squeeze between the 2 palms & I can see a problem with pulling out of a couple pull-thru's, but we had the end spot so we could pull out to the exit.
The proximity was great for us. We were visiting Mesa, central Phx, & North Phx, all 30 minutes away. We found a great dog park 15 min away-& Angie in the office was accommodating & friendly. We'll stop here again on our way south.
Love that I can find honest reviews!
I take the time to read through reviews when looking for places to stay, especially for hotels! You can really get a feel for a place when you see the actual photos from travelers.
Restaurants as well, I've found places I would have never noticed if it wasn't for their score on TripAdvisor! I feel like it's a way for unknown places to rise to the top based on their actual product or service, as well as customers experiences!
The only negative I have is especially when on vacation, it often won't let me upload photos I've taken from a few days prior, as once it gets past the first few pages (if you take a lot of photos) it will load photos from 5 years ago instead of recent. That has kept me from uploading photos with my reviews for several places in the last several months.
