This reminds me of some Cliff Claven know-it-all types.
DON'T EXPECT THIS REALLY STUPID APP TO BE A LEGAL GUIDE!
This is a trivia game about drones. So it's no surprise that many questions are trivial or irrelevant to model drones. One question was about the definition of "drone" in reference to music. Another was about drone use in a movie. If you get a question wrong, it flashes the correct answer so fast that you can't see it to find out more. There's no way to review the answers you got wrong.
Also BE CAREFUL! The FAA seems to have made some changes to law along the way and I doubt the developers of this app will keep up over the long haul. Better to spend time reading the FAA and AMA (Academy of Model Aeronautics) websites for more info about safe drone use.
Don't use this for study
Many questions either wrong or there are multiple answers. For instance, only US citizens must register drone is wrong. Foreign nationals must register upon arrival in US. Someone needs to do a serious app on this subject.
Trivia Drone
Many of the questions in this "trivia" app are simply wrong. That said, it's free so it's not really a gamble. Just don't use it as a reference for FAA regulation.
