TruckSpotting is the best way to find a food truck in your city! We're the only app that actually outfits each truck on our map with a real-time GPS unit, and the only app that meets each mobile kitchen owner in person to make sure you get accurate information, and a tasty lunch from your favorite street food vendor, not some easy to find restaurant.
Other than accurate, real-time locaitons, we also provide you with schedules for a week in advance (visible on a map, not just text!), menu items, and facebook login to save your favorite food trucks. Unlike twitter, we're real time: finding your favorite taco truck, burger joint, or ice cream truck is no longer a guessing game!
Finding lunch on the move has never been easier! So download TruckSpotting and start spotting some food trucks!

Doesn't seem to work for me?
Searched Google for a food truck locator app and this was suggested on a blog that listen the top 10 apps. When I downloaded it, it loaded fine but didn't show me any food trucks anywhere in the entire state. There doesn't seem to be any controls on the app either so what you see is what you get. Looking elsewhere for a better working app - I would not suggest this one.
This app is awesome and super simple to use!! It also let's you know where the trucks will be later in the day so you can plan accordingly.
All of the features are awesome, and in a city like Atlanta with thousands of food trucks that you may only see during specific days and/ or festivals this is a amazing app to help step outside the normal stationary cuisine.
Too few trucks
While this app is great in concept, it lacks in execution. In particular, you might want to get some buy-in from the food trucks before launching. I live in Atlanta and there are maybe five trucks listed, 3 of which are king of pops. Yesterday I drove by a gathering of at least 6 trucks and not one showed up on the app. That was the last straw for me. Maybe down the road this will be useful, but for now I absolutely would not recommend it.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
