For those who’ve had no problems with Zillow (yet) I have news. I was a premier agent for a good while, under contract, got enough leads that I had to sometimes switch my phone off! Needless, the leads NEVER panned out. I get a call that now the minimum payment needs to be at $500 and I won’t get any exposure at the amount I was at. I agreed. The 500 never came out, my exposure went to next to nothing and I STILL got charged my usual EVERY MONTH! When I emailed, I got one liner answers. When I called I was told my manager was on vacation for 2 months!?!?!? Guess what? Still fighting that battle. It’s been almost 3 months now. Think twice!

Making progress


This app does not update in real time. It’s frustrating when I look at the app after I have missed a phone call, even force update and nothing. Then 5 hours later I check the app and all of a sudden those 2 calls show as leads! I can’t weed out the junk calls from real calls especially since all the phone number spoofing is going on! I just don’t even know what to do! I’m even on the do not call list!

I use the App over the website on my computer. I can make calls and texts straight from there without accidentally typing in the wrong number, as well as being able to put notes directly into your clients folders immediately.
