Constant static
The hearing aids and the app was working fine. I upgraded to an iPhone 6S and now there is a constant static sound and constantly disconnects phone calls. I've been to the the Audiologist and she says the hearing aids seem ok; it must be the app. If it continues I'm going back to the Audiologist asking her to send the hearing aids back to Starkey (they are less than 3 months old). The problem continued, the hearing aids were replaced (under warranty) with "new ones". These are WORSE!
Starkey, do you read the reviews? Your reviews are terrible! Re-write the app, or return the thousands of dollars that your customers spent on your now useless hearing aids!
If I could return this garbage for a full refund, I would. Then I would purchase hearing aids from a more reliable competitor. I used to own ReSound and I switched to Starkey due to recommendation; I'm regretting that decision every day.
To anyone that has to purchase hearing aids, DON'T BUY A STARKEY product. The hardware is terrible; the software is worse and the company doesn't give a crap about you after they get your money.
Halo 2/iPhone 6s/Apple Watch 2
iPhone 6s: iOS 10.0.2: Apple Watch Series 2: Halo 2 i2400.
Overall satisfied with the Halo2 and TruLink. Connection between Halo's and iPhone often breaks up when phone is in front pants pocket. TruLink has some lag especially since upgrade to iOS 10. Battery drain has increased with iOS 10 and TruLink consistently using 17-20% of battery. TruLink Apple Watch app is OK but kind of lags. Would be nice if you could stream from Apple Watch to Halo's. Starkey support has been great with impressive response time to my emailed question.
Fix the App/worthless since updates!
I've been using the TruLink app for 3 years with my Audible i3 aid and iPhone 6 with no issues. Since iOS 10 update and your update to program, aid will not stay paired. When it is connected (about 30 sec) all memories are lost. I've changed batteries, unpaired, shut down, and restarted, tried everything. I hope you pay attention to your review complaints, a lot of unhappy people, including me. I paid high $$$'s for the reason that I rely on this feature of sending calls to my aid for my job. Please get it fixed ASAP!
