- Bug Fixes
Almost there ... kind of .. sort of
Thanks for the hard work with the recent issues addressed in the past few updates. Tweetbot is easily better than the official Twitter by leaps and bounds. However, I don't get a few things. Where is the Tweetbot 3 version for the iPad? Secondly, since the iPad has been out for a very long time. Why has the Tweetbot app not been released as universal? Having to buy the same app twice is a bit excessive. Finally, has other apps like Calcbot, and Pastebot been ignored or became abandoned? Calcbot hasn't been updated in awhile. Pastebot doesn't even have a HD iPad version. As a wish list, given all the concerns with security and privacy lately thanks to Edward Snowden, my wish is to see the inclusion of OpenPGP or Off the Record encryption.
I like it, but one bug really bothers me
I use this daily. Very easy to switch between different accounts, and this is the best app I have found for list management. That is where the bug pops out. You have to add people you are following to a list one person at a time, (no bulk add) which may be a limitation of the Twitter API, but even after you add 5 or 6 individually you lose the ability to add them to lists. It simply goes away, and you have to close the app, wait awhile, then go at it again. Again this may be a limit imposed by Twitter, but it's a usability pain. Otherwise great app.
Great, but I have two issues.
Issue number one, where is Tweetbot 3 for iPad? What's the deal? And number two, after adding individual users to lists, the Add to List feature no longer works at all. I just have to wait until later and it will reappear. Please bring out features to appease your existing users, and improve this really nice app. Either multiple users added to lists at a time, or fix the bug.
Tweetbot 3 please!!
