Spend your money elsewhere
I was looking for another game like g5’s Davy Jones series and this one had so many positive reviews I spent the money on the full game. It’s terrible and I regret spending so much. The story is terrible, the graphics aren’t good at all and there’s no continuity to anything - you have to use the map and hints to know what to do next because there’s no purpose to any of the moves. The puzzles don’t have any instructions and I couldn’t even figure out how to play many of them. The reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is that there are no hidden object puzzles, thankfully. There just aren’t many puzzles at all, but all of them are true puzzles if you can actually figure out the rules. All-in-all, this game is way over-priced for how badly it’s put together.
Better than expected!
I’ve played Artifex Mundi games, and I was expecting something similar. The animation was different, the story line wasn’t quite as interesting, but the mini games were awesome (much harder than I thought). The game made you go back and forth between the scenes waaaaaay more often.
Overall, I will definitely be looking to be playing more games by G5.
Love This Game
I can’t often find hidden object games that don’t want me to purchase points or build gardens. This game had a perfect balance of story and objects to find. The puzzles were challenging and I enjoyed every minute. Now I’m going to play the next challenge level.
