Twitter is a free app that lets you connect with people, express yourself, and discover more about all the things you love.

See what your favorite celebs and athletes are chatting about. Be the first to hear breaking news. Catch a glimpse behind the scenes at concerts, sporting events, and more.

Then join the conversation: Tweet your own text, photos, and video to your followers — and maybe make a few fans along the way.

Get inspired. Be social. Even send private messages to friends. All in real time, as big (and little) things happen, from anywhere you happen to be.

Twitter is now available for Apple Watch: Tweet, Retweet, reply and like in a flash. Quickly see recent Tweets and top trends. Share your location, a song, or your thoughts with a flick on the wrist. It's Twitter, but littler.

Keep Twitter the way it is!

I love Twitter! Very few bugs/issues with it! I use it as a new hub of sorts with keeping up with what not only my friends are doing but also the world around me. Keep tweets as short blurbs of 140 characters. Don't make Twitter a Facebook clone with people going on 10,000 character rants about first world problems like I'm doing in the review! (Ironic, I know. Ignore it.) Another feature that should stay on Facebook is the "Timeline" that isn't a timeline because it's not in chronological order, but instead, in a "relevance order." I don't want, nor need, this to happen. Tweets should continue to be blurbs of information, not articles. These blurbs should continue to be in the order they're tweeted, not you trying to tell us how it should be.
Keep Twitter the way it is, if people don't like it then they have Facebook. Don't blur the line between the two, please.

I can't access both my accounts from the iPad

Well, the latest iPad Twitter app update is VERY annoying. Using the Twitter app, I can no longer log in and out of my two accounts (business and personal).

So, you download the app and now have to enter your account info in the iPad's Settings. I entered both personal and business accounts. Each registered as active accounts. BUT, once I sign in to one, it's ridiculous. You can't simply sign out and then log back in with your other account. Here's the new drill:

To SWITCH from one account to the other - for example, you may have a personal Twitter account and one for business - you have to entirely delete one of them, say the personal account, from the iPad's Settings, and then log in to the business account. If you want to go back to the personal account, you have to re-enter all that information in Settings, delete the business account and then you can tweet personal tweets.

BEFORE this update, you could simply log out of each account and log back in. Not so now. It makes no sense. I switch back and forth all the time, depending on the tweets I see on my feed. This amount of work to go back-and-forth is absurd. AND, I do not have this issue on the laptop.

Finally, I did try to find ways around this: I logged into the other account on Safari and Chrome, but on both, I lose the "Quote Tweet" function. And that doesn't work for me, either.

Any ideas out there?

2 is generous

Since last summer I've been having an on and off issue of the app notifying me but then there's nothing. And starting yesterday it's been building on the "ghost" notification. It started with saying I just had one, but when I checked there wouldn't be anything new. I checked notifications, news, my page, and there's nothing. Then when I did actually get the banner alert on my phone, I went to check it, and it did pop up right away on my notifications page. I closed out of Twitter but it said I still had two (one was the actual notice, the other was the "ghost"). It eventually came thru but now my app is stuck with a little red 2 on it saying I still have something. Then later I got another banner notice and so I go to check it, and it's not on my notification page in Twitter. I close the app and now there's a red 3.
Twitter please get your Ish together. I don't want to have to delete the app.
