Quite awhile ago you put out an update that added Comcast Sportsnets to watch live through this app. Comcast Sportsnets Chicago is constantly appearing and disappearing from the app. One day it will be there and you can watch it but then it will disappear for several days. Sometimes it's there and has a little icon next to it that says you can watch it live but you can't. I've called in to att support so many times. It's useless. They don't know what department runs the app and nobody seems to know anything. Then they give me the runaround and tell me that Comcast Sportsnet runs the app and are turning off their channel themselves. I've called Comcast and they told me they have no control over the app and it's you guys at att that keep messing with it. Will you people please get your crap together. If you say that a channel is supposed to be available through the app then I expect it to be available. Not sporadically available. Fix this. It's been over a year already.
I've been a u-verse customer for several years now and like it a lot. This app is great for the fact that you can watch shows from it on your phone and actually set to record from away from home, (which I've used that feature many times).
Pretty much my only "complaint" about this app, is often times after an update is done on the app, I have to go in and reprogram my favorites. That's more of an annoyance but doesn't affect the operation of the app.
I do like the remote control feature, so when my kids are watching something, I torment them by using the remote on my phone to stop and rewind the shows they're watching. That's always fun. But this is a good app and I would recommend it.
IS THERE ANY OTHER?
I love my UVERSE bundle so the MAX!!! I love to listen to friends complain about what the competitors (can't , don't, or won't) do. Before I burst out into a "spit the water out without notice", my response is simply, " I take it that you evidently don't have AT&T UVERSE?" Last but not least, "Did you see the weather on TV during the storm yesterday?" Their reply, "my cable is still off and they said maybe tomorrow"😤. I respond, "My condolences"🙏. guess you can say I'm a little over-protective of my fav empire. Let's just say AT&T and I have been connected at the hip for about 4 decades😉.
