The only thing I can do with this app is to keep writing reviews on how it doesn't work. Do something quick, I had to ask my brother to use his xfinity app so I can see some programs on my mobile device. I'm adding to my frustration of this app, it keeps freezing up on every commercial break, if you try and hit play it takes you to that particular app of that commercial. Instead you must exit app & restart just so the commercial apps do not get my safari app to energize & waste my data. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS PROBLEM!!! It's to the point I'll have to go to Comcast! Instead of adding closed captioning how about fixing the constant freeze up of your app & going to your App Store every time you try to go back to the program. By the way I'm enjoying my brothers comcast app so I can watch my programs without freezing up every time there's a commercial. Try and hire someone who knows how to fix things please.

Whatever you did to correct that freeze-up issue -- I truly appreciate it! I hadn't been able to watch certain channels (mostly related to CNBC, MSNBC, BRAVO... Channels that are part of NBC) for over 2 months. Every time they went to a commercial break, the app would freeze up. If I touched my iPad, I was automatically taken to the commercial's website. It was a real pain. Whatever you did to correct that problem, THANK YOU. The last update to Uverse seemed to do the trick. No more freeze ups. I'm back to happily using this app once again.
Does. Not. Function.
Malfunction junction, what's your function U-verse app? Never works properly. Constantly crashes, that is, when it starts at all. Garbage app for garbage service. Customers are paying for services they do not receive. Live TV rarely comnects; when it does, it constantly crashes. Limited channels available through app, even when you are logged on at home. The website is even worse for this! Amazing! And...Watch foreign language channels? Well, too bad for you...Those will apparently never be available through the app or the website. Thinking seriously to dump cable and try a la carte services. The amount we are paying for substandard services is ridiculous.
