I love the app in general it's very handy if you're out and about and forget to record your favorite shows, or if u just wanna scroll through all your recorded shows fast. But if you click on the show, record it, and go back to the guide, sometimes it won't say it's recording like it makes me confused. I wish I WISHHHH that this app was a little more similar to the TV guide app as in instead of going down the guide and it's only for a thirty minute time period and on TV guide you can look at the whole hour of the whole guide, or I wish it turned sideways. ANYWAYSSSS, this app is making me very upset rn because bcus my tv is messed up and I can't see the names of my recorded show so I go to the app to choose which one I wanna watch. But the past two days, it won't show anything at all. PLEASE FIX ASAP. It used to not do this
Horrible and disappointing AT&T
The app works fine if you want to see the guide and what is scheduled but if you want to set a show to record using the app it is worthless, it does not display the show is set to record. Also Forget about streaming a live show. The app does one of three things: once you tap play it will show a box with an "X" in it or it will just have a black screen or it will start streaming the show and then the app will freeze or restart or it just sits there with the circle spinning. Horrible, Frustrating and disappointing AT&T. The app needs to be redesigned or just stop offering it to your customers. Also I am connected to a high speed WIFI when attempting to use this disappointing app.
Worst. App. Ever.
I've been a loyal U-Verse customer for several years now, and have been very impressed with their prices, quality of customer service and channel offerings. Because of that, you would think that their mobile app would be on par. Not even close. How in the world are people supposed to take advantage of all that U-Verse has to offer if their mobile app is so bad? I can't log in on ANY device (iPad, iPhone, NVidia Shield). After I enter my credentials (correctly), I get an error message stating that the "mobile service is temporarily unavailable". Why should I have to get on the phone with tech support just to get the mobile app to work? Just sad, AT&T. So sad.
