No guide and disappearing buttons
Not sure how this app gets 4 stars. I use iPad Pro and the problems I am having have been happening for a while. But it is just getting soooo annoying since att does not seem to be doing anything about these issues. I'm sure I'm not the only one.
1. It is surprising att does not have an in app review or feedback option.
2. 80+ % of the time I start the app the guide does not load. I have to close the app and restart it for it to load.
3. Frequently the watch on master button disappears from my app. Just goes away. Again close app and reopen will address that.
But really do I just have to keep doing this? I don't think this is the way the app should work. I think this app only deserves 2.5 to 3 stars.
Att use agile software development and please fix this.
Also, it would be nice if going going to the guide it would highlight and zone in on the channel I am on or add a button that allows someone to go to the current channel.
Latest update has NOT solved the problems
This new update has NOT fixed the problems with the NBCU channels (e.g. CNBC, MSNBC, Bravo, NBC, etc.). Full screen mode still exceeds the size of the screen, it still hangs every time it goes to commercial, touching the screen to go back to small screen mode or trying to restart the channel when it stalls will take you away from Uverse and launch your browser. Even CNN is stalling more now. It's a shame you guys broke this app with the previous update. PLEASE FIX THIS APP ASAP! I'm using an iPad2.
Though it takes forever to load up regardless of the strength of my internet connection, I'd say it's an excellent companion, allowing to watch my favorite shows on the move
