Sending money is now even easier. We’ve streamlined our experience to help you send and receive money in a few clicks using just an email address or mobile number.
Send Money is a great way to:
•Give money as a gift
•Reimburse friends for lunch, coffee or a night out
•Pay for rent or household services
Money moves securely from your account to theirs with no stops in between.
Check it out by tapping “Send to Email/Phone” in the Send Money menu. Remember, you can go straight to Send Money by using 3D Touch on the app icon (compatible iPad models).
Too many functions don't function
U.S. Bank has taken away the option of using the regular website with an iPad, forcing it to the "mobile" version designed for phones. Meanwhile, the App that they offer doesn't function properly for many operations. For example, if one tries to pay an external bill, one can select the external biller, but at that point the one thing that works is the Cancel button. They have a nice framework of an App, it just doesn't actually do all the things it pretends to be able to do. Very limiting and disappointing.
Mobile deposit not functional
Can see balance and transactions, but I can't use the mobile deposit. The app crashes EVERY time I get to the step where you take a picture of the check... Every time. I deleted the app months ago after this started being a problem in hopes that later it would be fixed. But it hasn't. I have no use for the app if I can't use the mobile deposit....
NO Touch ID?!!
Why isn't there Touch ID for the iPad version. This is ridiculous. I'd be better off using the iPhone version on my iPad. FIX THIS 😡 UPDATE: And now it's very glitchy - can't make a payment because the billers don't show up on the payment screen. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.
