- Account Summary Dashboard: Only available on web-browser sign in. With this new account view, customers are easily able to view specific details on all Asset accounts and Liability accounts in two separate tables. The traditional account views are still available.
- Available Funds Disclaimer: This disclaimer is now visible on all feature displays explaining the difference between current and available balance, and what you are able to transfer at the time.
- Improved Error Messaging: United Bank now has the ability to display customized error messages during times of specific outages or temporary downtime.
- ADA Updates: Proper semantic markups and groupings to ensure the information and relationship between visual contents on a page can be accurately conveyed to screen reader users have been implemented. As well as an update in existing input fields to provide programmatically associated labels
- Many United Bank-controlled customer reports to make your user experience much more complete and fulfilling.

Better than the older app in every way. Much faster login speeds too!
Horrible App and Bank doesn’t care.
This app is the reason that I will be closing my account with United Bank. Multiple error messages when trying to transfer from checking to auto loan. Sometimes double payments due to getting an error message only to see that both errors went through. Call the bank and they say send me a screenshot of the error. Not my job… you should be providing me with satisfactory customer service… not me trying to prove that it was an app error.
