Horrible Customer Service
I tried to use a coupon my friend gave me since she wanted me to try this app. I did, and the coupon did not apply, so she tells me to contact customer service. They took a whole day to reply to my concern and pretty much told me they are not going to honor the coupon since "I've used the app before" I explained to them I never have, to check my orders history, to which they reply everything with the same words a day later. It's like talking to robots who take forever to reply and who are not willing to help you.
With this customer service I decided not to order anything from them. If I face a real problem with an order I've paid for I'm sure they'd be just as useless.
Needs some Address Updating is All
I love using UberEATS for my Mcdonalds! It's cheap and they always get the order right with a sealed bag double checked for accuracy. The only reason it's not 5 Stars is because there needs to be a way to override an address when the pin is dropped in the wrong place. If we could move the pin to our exact location ( like say me on the couch because I'm too lazy to get up and just drive myself 😏it would save a lot of frustration for the drivers. Thanks!
I love it
I see you many negative reviews, never a single issue!!!! And I order using this app at least 2 times a week since it became available in my area about 5 months ago. Thank you so much! But please do a good tipping option...I'm positive these drivers don't get paid enough and people rarely carry cash anymore!
