The uberFIT Runner app provides a personal training plan, tracks your results and adjusts each workout based on your last one. Each time you train, the session is personalized, both in distance and intensity. uberFIT Runner was designed to prepare you run road races, such as marathons, half marathons, 10K's and 5K's.
SET THE GOAL TO TRAIN FOR
- Personalized schedule: your race goal (M, HM, 10K, 5K), and days you're able to train and the date of event you`re preparing for
- Run Time Trials to check your current state or enter the result of 5K if you already know it to make the schedule
- Training & exercises: Your workout will consist of structured and personalized endurance distances, along with interval training to increase your speed
- Schedule: preview the training plan at a glance, in month or week view
- Keep track: follow the number of trainings left and the total distance for your current race goal
JOIN A GROUP TO TRAIN TOGETHER
- Join any public group or create your own private one and invite participants there
- There is 1 common day for training with the whole group
- You can make group goal as main or leave your own one
- Add posts of scheduled trainings or of the results of the training to the group
TRACK YOUR RESULTS IN REAL TIME
- Track time: measure the time for each interval during the training
- Measure heart rate: keep track of your pulse with the app to recover between the exercises
- View mode: turn your device to any side and lock the orientation to see your app screen from a fixed viewpoint while in a sports case
- GPS tracking: see your running route on a map in a real time
ANALYSE YOUR RESULT
- Results history: review the statuses and details for all your previous workouts
- Splits view: compare your results on each interval of your route
- Forecast: motivate yourself to train when you see the forecast time for your current goal
- Expected results: Compare how your workout goes based on your previous training results
- Assign statuses: save the details for completed workouts or mark the training as missed
- Add custom trainings: log training results that aren't on your schedule
