The UMEME mobile app - built to ease access to information and promote comfortable customer self-service.
The Account Balance Section of the App is used to retrieve the customer's account balance.
But you can also be able to get your yaka bill statement using your meter number.
One can also use the app to report a power problem, electrical fault, give us feedback among many other things through the app's contact us section.
The app also provides the USSD codes for payments for the various telecommunication networks.
