Paying bills has always been a hassle for me. This app has been the perfect solution. I get a thrill every time Unbill sends me a notification of either a pending bill or a bill paid. Unfortunately, I do not know what happened to Unbill. I was out of the country for a while and discovered my bills are not being paid. All my accounts required me to fix the problem. This is the second time it happened.
I will give it one last shot but, if problems continue, I’ll simply find another way to pay my bills. It is really unfortunate because this used to be one of my favorite apps.
After other attempts to contact Unbill, I gave up. It was never far from my mind that they had my most personal information. For this reason, I deleted my credit card info and then deleted those vendors that I paid with Unbill. I will wait a little bit before deleting the app to see if I am able to contact them but deleted the credit card info because I did not want an entity having that when there is a question as to whether they are even still viable. I wish that were not the case because I used to love this app.
Unbill what’s up?!
I used to really like Unbill from the beginning but the more more I use them the more problems I have with customer service. This time I’ve been trying to contact them for a couple days now about some concerns and questions I have about Unbill and bills I have on the app. They still have yet to get back to me. I did get an automatic email saying that they’ll get back to me later. But it’s been a full 24 hours and still nothing. In the past I would just text them and it was fine superquick convenient customer service then I switch to emailing because they started slacking on texting back. And now no emails. I tried to call from the help tab in Unbill but it does not give me any number. WHAT IS GOING ON Unbill? My bills are being wacky my payments are not the right amount. I’m not trying to have late bills! Isn’t what this whole app is supposed to avoid?! Get your customer service straight you’re going to push off this clean brand.

Recently had a horrible experience with Unbill app. They are bad and inaccurate at updating payments. Recently paid my at&t bill on the 1st of the month and the app displayed it was paid for well over a week now.
Low and behold I receive a phone call from at&t this morning saying my bill is past due and now I've accumulated late fees due to me being under the assumption that Unbill had already taken care of the bill as it displayed.
I called customer service and spoke with the manager about the situation and all she had to say was sorry there's nothing we can do about it. Is there anything I can help you with ?
Totally not the customer service I was expecting especially coming from a manager. No sympathy or remorse. Now I'm a month behind and have accumulated late fees. THANKS UNBILL APP!
I told all my friends about the app and had them download it in support but after this HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I will be having all my friends uninstall the app.
