This is how mobile banking should be. The app, from interface to features, just blows the competition out of the water. Apps from the country's biggest banks are nowhere near the quality of UnionBank's. Great job UB management and devs!
In UMOBILE APP it allows their clients to access the app even without data. But the new one really requires you to have data. Cant buy a load if you dont have data. Hope you address this issue
This website is hard to unblock your online banking you try to call people for help transfer you to different department and put you on hold or just machine announcing for 35 minutes. Trying to unblock and code is not even sent text to different number not even excesses get this apps or costumer service provide a good services!
