If you are a first time user, call (866) 959-BANK to obtain your Online Banking ID and temporary password. Once logged in to Online Banking, click on "Options" and then "Mobile Settings." Fill in the requested information, click "Confirm" and you will receive a text confirmation.

Touch ID not working

After the recent update touch ID on my iPhone no longer works. I’ve tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling. Going through the touch ID set up everything in the app says touch ID is now activated but when I close the app and tried re-open it I find it touch ID is not activated. I’ve called and asked How to go about fixing it but have gotten no help whatsoever. I also find that the short cuts to the right of the accounts page do not always work. It’s very clear that the update is definitely a step backwards.

Face ID not working

June 2028 Facial Recognition still not working. No response to inquiries thru this app or their online bank. Very disappointed. If you have removed the functionality then you should take away the option. It’s more frustrating since it says you can do it allows you to set it up and then it doesnt work.

Face ID recognition no longer working. It did had it set up and now it doesn’t work. Asks me if I want to set it up. I set it up says it’s good then the next time I go in the info is gone and I have to enter Id and password again. I have set up Enable Face ID 3 times and each time says it is set up and then doesn’t work.

Broken for weeks!

Touch ID for this app broke weeks ago and it still hasn’t been fixed and customer service can’t provide an ETA. My first encounter with customer service was that they didn’t even know it was broken & told me to call my service provider. When I called again & I spoke to another rep they explained that they were aware of the issue. It’s not as good as the the app we have prior to the merger. The bank need to get rid of this sloppy app, including the online banking.
