It's not that bad
Personally, I think it's better than the old one. Everyone seems to be complaining but it works absolutely fine, at least for what I need it for and that's checking my account balance. Although I will say it was a little ridiculous that I had to download a new app for this and I only figured this out by calling after changing my password thinking something was wrong with my account.
please bring back old app!
there was nothing wrong with it! i agree with other negative reviews...things "pending" too long and the "current balance" vs. "available balance" is very confusing and rarely seems accurate. i have already nearly overdrawn as a result. old app was spot-on and i always knew EXACTLY what was available to me! please bring it back or give us the option to use it!!
Don't like the fact that you have to turn the phone sideways to look and see where charges were made, even then it still cuts off a bulk of the charge descriptions. Would like to be able to easily follow where charges were made without visiting the bank and/or requesting a statement
